• Behavior Plan

This year the students will receive letter grades (A,B,C, etc.). In order to give your child a Conduct grade, we have a behavior/discipline plan in place. The students begin with a fresh slate each morning. If they do something that is against our behavior policy, it is a warning. Students who receive two or more marks on my behavior clipboard will have consequences. They will have silent snack, silent lunch, or no recess time. Each time they receive marks their letter grade goes down. For instance two marks receive a B, three a C, and so on.

I also use an BUG, Being Unusually Good reward system. I try to catch the children being good. The students can not tell me they are being "buggy", I have to catch them.
