    Pink Out History:

8 years ago, when a group of students who graduated last year were 5th-graders at Lower Creek, one of those students was recovering from leukemia and his mother was dying from breast cancer. His fellow students wanted to support him and his family and suggested a pink-out day. This was the event that started our schools annual shirt-sale fundraiser."
