Having grown up in the Granite Falls area, I am excited to be teaching 3rd grade at for my eighth year at Dudley Shoals Elementary.  I am married with 2 daughters, Sarah is in 9th grade at SCHS and the Emily is a junior at UNC Chapel Hill.  Both are active in the marching band so fall is busy with football games and marching competitions.  I am a dog person and currently have two wonderful rescue pups, Molly and Hazel, who bring lots of energy and joy to my family.
