Greetings!  My name is Mr. Houk and I teach 7th grade social studies and science!  My last name is pronounced 'how-k' and I am a Caldwell County native.  I grew up in Hudson, went through Granite Elementary and Middle, and graduated from SCHS in '04.  I got my B.A. in History with a Teaching Licensure from Gardner-Webb Univeristy.  The 2020-2021 school year is my 9th year teaching, all of which have proudly been served at Gamewell Middle School.
