I have been teaching since 1988. I taught 7th and 8th grade at Hudson Middle for 10 years. I took a few years off to raise my youngest two and went back to teaching in 2002. I taught AIG at Baton and Sawmills for 3 years and I have been at Sawmills since then teaching 5th and 2nd grade.
I received my Bachelor Degree in Middle School Math and Science and K - 6 Elementary Education from Appalachian State University and received my Masters Degree in K - 12 AIG from Lenoir Rhyne.
