Hello! My name is Tara Hoyle, welcome to my teacher page.

I attended Appalachian State University and graduated in 2011. I received my Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education, grades K-6, with a concentration in Social Studies.  

I also have additional certifications in grades 6-8 Science and 6-8 English Language Arts. This 20/21 school year will be my 9th year teaching. I currently teach at Whitnel Elementary and have been here for 4 years. I previously taught 5 years at Oak Hill School before coming to Whitnel.

I'm excited to teach 2nd grade Caldwell Connect this year and look forward to connecting with students at WES as well as other schools.
