Mrs. Martha Johnson

I am an Elementary School Counselor who has worked at Hudson Elementary School for the past 18 years.  My undergraduate degree and previous Master’s degree was in Special Education, and I’m confident that having that background has helped me to feel comfortable working with all types of children.  I am passionate about my job as Counselor, and feel that I have the opportunity to help make a difference in the lives of young children by talking with them and trying to help them overcome daily obstacles!  I believe that as adults, we have the responsibility to be good role models for our children and to make healthy choices on their behalf.

I am married and have twins – a boy and a girl – and enjoy doing things as a family when we are all together.  I love spending time outside, playing my 12-string guitar, writing songs, and singing harmony with my sisters!

I feel honored to be working with the children here at Hudson Elementary School!
