STUDENT INFORMATION:
Just a reminder to all students and teachers, tonight the band will have their Winter Band Concert at 7:00 in the Theater. Love for everyone to come out. Donation of $2 is recommended. Also, WCHS band is also participating in the Lenoir and Taylorsville Christmas parades on December 6 and 7.
The results are in. Students - great job voting for your top 5 Christmas Spirit Week choices. Below is what was chosen and the themes for each day next week.
Monday - Christmas Sock Day
Tues - Christmas Character Day (No Masks, Facepaint, or Costumes)
Wednesday - Christmas Colors Day
Thurs - Christmas Decoration Day
Friday - Ugly Christmas Sweater Day
Will you please remind students that student attendance appeals will not be accepted after 3:00 on Dec. 10th. They must be turned in in the main office in the box labeled. Also, remind them that a teacher's signature is required. This DOES NOT mean they will get the appeal. This simply allows their name to be even eligible.
Attention drama club members: If you would like to go see Elf Jr at the Broyhill Civic Center next Friday, December 13 please bring your $9 for a ticket to Mrs Hatton by tomorrow, December 6.

SENIOR INFORMATION:
Jostens will be here on TODAY, December 5 during all lunches to take Cap and Gown Orders. This will be the last time that they will be here to take orders. After Thursday, all orders must be made online. The deadline for ordering Cap and Gowns is January 15, 2020 and the price goes up in January. Please see Mrs. Miller in the history department with any questions.

SPORTS:
Congratulations to the swim team and to Zoie Miller who placed 1st in the Women’s 50 Freestyle and 2nd in Women’s 100 breaststroke. Congratulations to Gabe Crawford (Early College) who placed 2nd in Men’s 100 breaststroke.
Congratulations to the men's varsity basketball team and coaches on their huge win last night over Lincolnton. Great job!
